YED Cruising Terms and conditions:

Things you must know for a pleasant trip:

》We kindly request you to arrive 10 mins prior to the yacht departure. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide additional time free of charge. A paid extension is subject to the yacht availability.

》Please note that there is no reserved parking for guests. RTA/PAID parking is conveniently available around the location.

》Please note that outside shoes or sandals are prohibited on yachts. Bring disposable slippers if you wish to use them. You can also wear socks or go barefoot on a yacht. Your shoes will be stowed safely inside the yacht for you.

》 Kindly carry 1 original photo ID, as it is a mandatory requirement for boarding.

YED Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellation is chargeable. The 50% advance paid will be charged for cancellations prior to 72 hours of the event.
• Cancellations on the same day will be considered a no-show, and the full event cost must be paid by the client.
• A booking can be rescheduled to a new date without any additional charges up to 1 week in advance.
• Re-schedule within 72 hours of boarding time is chargeable.
• No refunds will be considered once the booking is completed.
• Refund of yacht amount or change of yacht in case of a technical mishap on the yacht.

Reschedule (subject to availability) for no sailing permit due to weather conditions.
