- All the payments have to be made prior the event to confirm your booking
- If cancellation is made 72 hours before the event it will be refunded 100%
- If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to event only 25% of amount will be refunded
- In case of no show on the event day no refund will be made
- Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE
- The shipment/services will NOT be provided to any of the OFAC (sanctioned) countries in accordance with the law of UAE
- The website policies may be changed/updated as per requirements and standards. Hence customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
- The card details will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties”.

The Pricing of the Tickets may vary from Event to Event. The customer has to visit the website when required for latest pricing.
Delivery / shipping Policy:
- The Event ticket will be shared via email to the customer and a unique ref# will be present in it, customer has to present the ref# at the event day.
- At the time of checkout, the multiple services bought may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Refunds of any transaction amount against any purchase through this website will be refunded through the original mode of payment.”
In any circumstances when an order is placed on the website would be cancelled under following conditions:
- Wrong ticket is delivered by the merchant.
- The Event is cancelled
- The Event date is changed and its not suitable for the customer
